Why Take Child Care Subsidy Training?
This free training is REQUIRED if you get child care subsidy payments from the state as a Licensed Family Child Care Provider or In-home Relative Provider.
- Learn about subsidy billing, including recent changes to the rules.
- Find out what you can bill for and how to make sure your payments are correct.
NOTE: This training is suspended as of June 30, 2011.
Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Department of Early Learning and SEIU 925, family child care providers and license-exempt (family, friend and neighbor, or FFN) caregivers are REQUIRED to take this training every two years.
This training will be available (and required) again this Winter, and providers will be required to take it before the end of the Collective Bargaining Agreement on June 30, 2013. Check this website for more details, or look for training information in your mail this fall.
