We are pleased to release the Request for Proposals for organizations interested in hosting child care resource and referral programs in 11 pre-determined service delivery areas across the state (see map).
The R&R Network seeks proposals from public or private, non-profit, community-based, or quasi-governmental organizations that are headquartered and licensed to do business in the State of Washington. Previous experience providing R&R services is not necessary to submit a successful proposal. The proposal must show how the organization's mission, strategic plan, and service delivery experience support the delivery of R&R services.

Responses will be provided in writing, and all questions and responses will be posted on the website for reference. In addition, the R&R Network will communicate directly with all applicant organizations, making every effort to keep them informed as to the process, availability of responses to questions and other potential RFP Addenda, dates of potential interviews, and the final result.
